Armaled Locjaw Safety Lead Clips

Specially designed to be the height of fish welfare! It allows you to open the main body of the clip, (using a fingernail or baiting needle) place the swivel inside the two inner locking chambers, then simply lock shut. A genuinely safe clip that really does secure the swivel - the lead will come off in snagging rather than the swivel coming out of the clip. Only use Armaled size 9 swivels or ring swivels as others may cause the clip to open.

When using with main line: thread line through the front of the clip and attach Armaled size 9 swivel. When using with leadcore: insert stringer/baiting needle from front to back, grab the loop pulling it back through.

Armaled Kik-bak (or kick back) is a great hooklink material that comes in either clear or green. It is a tough coated Braid. Once peeled back and steamed, the low diameter of the inner core and the stiffness of the outer coating will transform the presentation of your hookbait. The colour of the outer coating blends perfectly with lake beds and its stiffnes gives the line superb anti-tangle qualities. Tests have shown that KIK-BAK was 100% successful in pushing the hookbait away from the lead, giving you the ultimate in combi-rig/stiff rig fishing. 25lbs 20 metre spool.

Armaled Locjaw Rig Pack

Everything you expect from a rig pack so you can quickly set up your rig and fish. Simply slide your lead onto LocJaw, push up the tail rubber, tie your main line to the spliced loop and your hooklink to the secured swivel eye located outside the LocJaw safety clip.

There's no need to open up the the clip as it's already been secured for you. If you need to change your hooklink, simply snip off the existing one and change to your preferred choice.

The leaders have been coated with a silicone shrink tubing to make it anti-tangle and fish friendly.

Armaled In Line Shokka Plug

These plugs have been designed for use with Armaled's range of inline leads, shockleaders and Armaled leadcore coated leaders.

Step 1: push out the hard plastic insert of the inline lead.
Step 2: attach the size 8 inline swivel (loop to loop method) to your chosen leader and slide the hokka Plug down to the swivel.
Step 3: slide the opposite end of the leader through the inline lead and push the Skokka Plug into place.
Step 4: attach your chosen hooklink and pull the swivel inside the Shokka plug.

The Shokka Plug will stay attached to the swivel and ensure that the lead can slide easily and pass over your leader knot. Also as the swivel is inside the Shokka Plug, when pulling the swivel you will reduce the chances of swivel and hooklink damage in hard bottom waters. The Shokka Plug can also be used with 0.75mm tubing.

This super heavy, tungsten putty is a perfect partner for Caterpillar Rig Swivels. It's high density means only a minimum amount of Stik-Up is used for the perfect presentation of hookbaits. Stik-Up is pliable and allows the angler to mould the putty as desired, and when is submerged in water the putty hardens and stays firmly in position.
